Lease Accounts

Damaged CDs, Playaways, artwork, and/or cases are replaced at no charge.

Purchase Accounts

New Products: Damaged CDs and Playaways are replaced at no charge for one year; thereafter, replacements are $8 per CD. If your warranty period has expired, you will receive an invoice with your replacement.

Used Products: Damaged CDs are replaced at no charge for six months; thereafter, replacements are $8 per CD. If your warranty period has expired, you will receive an invoice with your replacement.
